• happy christmas!
• i think i’m officially an adult now
• i got paint and appliances for christmas, haha
• but now i have a waffle maker!
• which i’m super stoked about
• though, my girlfriend did get me pop rocks as a gift
• so i might still be partly a kid

• i wish i could post all of the christmasy songs
• tomorrow will be ‘hey parker, it’s christmas’ by ryan adams
• happy christmas eve to everyone
• for now it is cookie baking time

this year the only thing i asked for was a camera bag. instead i got:

• a camera bag
• a new phone (!) 
• a gps (now i can stop getting lost!!!)
• and some awesome skinny jeans
• and a bunch of little things like deodorant? shampoo? and giftcard

(and my letters were a success. thankfully! so everything was awesome today!)

• finally saw book of eli
• and despicable me
• two thumbs up to both
• currently writing letters to my parents for christmas
• thanking them for 21 years of putting up with me is a large task
• despite my complaints and frustrations, i love them very much

• happy christmas everyone

• took a ton of pictures
• left my card reader at the apartment
• we have approximately too many people over right now
• and we’re having more on christmas day
• but i do like my family 

• my grandma is down from missouri
• she is playing guitar hero with my sister (awesome)
• my only job for this break is clean up the yard, you know..rake and such
• the rake broke on me after about 20 minutes

in other news (and to break dot format for the first time in a while) this break has been pretty decent. coming home is usually an ordeal, and i don’t generally get along with my family. so far though, there has been no harassing me about my earrings and beard, lip ring and skinny jeans. my best friend kyle is down from d.c though, and he did call me a hipster. not sure how i feel about that one. 

it’s nice to have him around though. last night we went out for drinks at a pub and ended up playing trivia. i’m pretty sure that one of the teams had a robot on their side. they literally got every answer right. later i’ll go catch up with some of my other friends. 

oh, and caryn might get to come down next week! thank you christmas break for being good to me.
